What’s Included in Your Prize:
Escape to Vegas Specific Terms and Conditions:
- The “Escape to Vegas!” promotion is as follows: A four-night break to Las Vegas for four people, with extras.
- The “Escape to Vegas!” promotion runs from 04 February 2025, 00h01 GMT to 21 February 2025, 23h59 GMT (the “Promotional Period”), and is open to all players who have an open and fully verified, and approved, CasiGO account.
- A player is eligible for this promotion and any associated winning prize provided their account is active and not under self exclusion, or time out, at any point during the Promotional Period.
- At the end of the promotional period, a Draw will take place. To enter the Draw:
- You must accumulate a total deposit value of 100 NZD or more.
- You need to have wagered 100 NZD or more during the Promotional Period.
- Playing does not guarantee a prize.
- One winner will be selected via random draw from all eligible players on the 28th of February 2025.
- The total promotional prize pool is valued at €5,000 (or currency equivalent). The prize consists of reimbursement for return flights to Vegas and also a Voucher that includes the following:
- Four nights at the 5* Trump Towers.
- Helicopter Night Strip Tour Flight.
- Las Vegas pass with entry to over 30 top attractions.
- The booking of the accommodation, Helicopter trip and Vegas pass will be facilitated when redeeming the voucher. Flights will need to be booked directly by the winning player. (See term 12 for additional details)
- Items of a personal nature like souvenirs, photos, internet access, and travel insurance, as well as transfers, travel arrangements and spending money are not included and are at the winners’ sole discretion, responsibility, and expense to obtain.
- The draw will be conducted by, and is the sole responsibility of, CasiGO and the prize winners will be communicated by CasiGO by 28 Feb 2025 23:59 GMT.
- The winner of the draw will be notified within 7 days of the draw taking place via email and/or telephone. The winner must respond within (3) working days to claim the prize. Should the winner not respond in a timely manner, he/she forfeits the prize and a redraw will take place. When responding to our contact request, the winners will be asked to nominate three (3) additional people of their own choosing who will share the prize package with them, provided that these people are not under 18 years of age at the time of the commencement of the trip.
- The return flights will need to be booked by the winners him/herself and his/her nominated three (3) guests and will need to be standard Economy class. CasiGO will, 24 to 72 hours after the receipt of proof of booking, reimburse the cost of the flights back to the winner’s casino account as cash, which can be withdrawn at any time.
- The reimbursement amount of the return flight tickets shall be equivalent to the cost of the lowest valued Economy class flight available at the time of booking from the winner’s country of departure to Vegas.
- Should the winner and his/her nominated three (3) guests choose to travel separately, which may result in the need for additional accommodation and/or transfers, the resulting costs incurred will fall outside of the stipulated prize package and are for the winner’s own account.
- The Vegas voucher is non-exchangeable and cannot be converted to cash of the same value. Should a winner choose to not accept the Vegas voucher, the prize will be forfeited.
- We reserve the right to award the cash prize of €5,000 (or currency equivalent) to the winner’s account if the casino is no longer able to provide the prize as advertised, or if the prize is unable to be claimed without notice in the event of a catastrophe, epidemic, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event that is outside of our reasonable control. Any such changes will be notified to the winner as soon as is reasonably possible.
- The voucher expires on the 25th of April 2025 and cannot be transferred or used after this date. i.e. all bookings need to made before the 25th of April 2025.
- The Vegas Voucher will be issued digitally via your registered email address and can be redeemed by following the instructions on the voucher.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, we will not under any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death, or any other incidental repercussions of whatsoever nature occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by our own negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
